John H. Brennan, retired

After practicing law in Minneapolis and the western suburbs for over forty years, John joined the firm in an “Of Counsel” capacity in 2020 and retired from practicing law at the end of 2022.  John was certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association as a real property law specialist beginning in 1990 and was named a “Super Lawyer” over 15 times.  His practice involved all aspects of real estate law including representation of buyers, sellers, brokers, lenders and developers in both commercial and residential transactions.  He also litigated, arbitrated and mediated real estate disputes.  As a Supreme Court Rule 114 Roster Neutral, John served as a mediator and arbitrator.
